We want you to love every sip of your tea from Biscuit & Brew! But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our returns policy is designed to make things as smooth and fair as possible for you.

Can I Return My Tea?

Due to the nature of loose-leaf tea, we cannot accept returns on any tea products that have been opened or partially used. This is to ensure freshness and quality for all our customers. However, if your tea is still sealed and unopened, we’ll gladly process a return for you.

What If My Tea Arrives Damaged or Isn’t Right?

If your order arrives damaged, or if we’ve made a mistake, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Just reach out to us with a photo and details of the issue.

How to Start a Return

If your item qualifies for a return (e.g., unopened tea or a non-perishable item), follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@biscuitandbrew.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the Package: Make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage on its way back to us.
  3. Ship It Back: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and issue your refund within a few days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
