For this recipe you'll need:
- An ice lolly mould (they’re easy to find online)
- Loose leaf tea
- Flavouring syrup
This guide is for two lollies, so make sure to multiply accordingly if you want to make more.
Step 1:
Steep 4 teaspoons of loose leaf tea in 100ml of hot water for 3 minutes.
Cherry Kiss, Strawberry Fields Forever and Club Tropicana all taste great as lollies, but feel free to get creative. You could also try adding pieces of fresh fruit.
Step 2:
Add 17.5ml of flavouring syrup. This will help your tea lolly taste less thin and diluted. Choose a syrup that doesn't get in the way of your tea (e.g. cherry for Cherry Kiss, or Strawberry for strawberry Fields Forever).
Step 3:
Divide your concentrate into two ice lolly moulds (or however many you’re making, there should be 50ml of concentrate per mould) and top up with water until the mould is full.
Step 4:
Put the mould in the freezer and wait until frozen.
Step 5:
Eat it!
